I am looking for a QCF Qualified Financial Adviser/ Complaints Officer- Adviser to join a top investment bank based in Bristol. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new transfer agency project within their business.In this position you will be responsible for preparing written correspondence, dealing with various queries and cases with customers via telephone as well as updating and amending a comprehensive in-house database.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with superb administration and analytical skills. You will have experience in handling complaints, customer service or administration ideally gained within a financial services environment. You'll also be a competent computer user with a good working knowledge of all major MS packages.
All candidates NEED to be QCF Level 4 qualified or similar financial advisor qualification.
Contract role based in Bristol
