UX Consultant - Chester - £270 - £350 per dayMy client is a vibrant digital agency who specialise in helping communities improve their health, sports and fitness.
They are completely re-designing and developing their brand/website and are therefore looking for a UX consultant to help them prior to this build.
Your responsibility will be to advise on best user research practice and you
will ideally come with an arsenal of proven research methodologies to suit this
development. You should be focussing on both the customer/user but also the needs of the business in this UX role.
Essential Skills for the UX Consultant:
- Ability to present user experience research findings to stakeholders in a succinct and confident way.
- Ability to mentor, manage and inform other members of the internal team to
develop their UX skills.
- Drive the discovery stage - insight, analysis and market research for requirements.
- Develop the existing and new user personas and assistance with validation of user personas
- Outline and lead all necessary user journeys for the site
- Analyse and make recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Develop the information architecture for the site including site map
- Advise on best UX practice and approach for the project deliverables
- Provide feedback for the functional spec to the project team and work closely with
the project team on ensuring functionality spec fully reflects UX requirements.
- Deliver all key wireframes for the site including - either responsive or separate
device wireframes.
- Feedback on prototypes with Front End team
- Develop, iterate and finalise UML diagrams with technical team
- Agency or client side background considered.
Contract Length: 3-6 Months
Contract Location: Chester
Contract Rate: £270 - £350 per day
