Purpose of the Job
Taking actions to improve KPIs,supporting L2 operations and other groups
Main Responsibilities
- Resolve Chronic Problems of the Network with an End to End approach
- Resolve Technical Problems escalated from L2 Operations
- Work with Internal Customers to meet their requirements, make recommendations for solutions, help project integration, and pioneer about new technologies.
- Perform technical audits to find out network defects/problems in a proactive way
- Generate best-practices and a solution knowledge base, Transfer Information and Competence through presentation meetings and technical trainings
- Taking/Suggesting actions to improve KPIs and Process
- Work closely with all internal customers, play a supportive role to add a value
- Vendor Contact and Evaluation for escalated technical problems
- Proactively assesses potential items of risks and opportunities
Education
University Degree (Electronics, Communication or Computer Engineer preferred.)
Experience
8+ years of experience
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Troubleshooting in E2E environment
- Knowledge and Experience of WLI,OSB,SOA Suite, BPMN and similar products
- Strong knowledge and experience at Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache Application Server
- Strong knowledge and experience at Application Server setup, configuration, optimization and problem analysis
- OS/DB tuning for Application Servers
- Able to perform all kinds of dump analysis (tcp dump, heap dump, thread dump, core dump, etc)
- JVM (Heap analysis, leak analysis, argument optimization, standard Java framework and class also exception analysis)
- Monitor the health status of Application Servers and find out necessary metrics to prevent problems
