Service Designer - Swindon - 6 Month Contract - up to £550 a day
This large financial organisation is actively seeking a Service Designer for a 6 month contract. With multiple branches all over the UK they are the market leaders within their sector; however this role is based at their head quarters in Swindon.
You will be working with the business, functional areas, and service providers to define and develop service descriptions within the Programme's architectural framework; Promote the Programme's methods and desired business outcomes; Produce Service Definition Documents using best practice and standards.
Demonstrable experience and expertise required for this role:-
- Service Assets
- Service Components
- Core Service Packages
- Service Level Packages
- Business Services
- Service Catalogues/User Request Catalogue
- Lines of Service;
- Service Design Packages.
- Financial Services Experience is highly Advantageous
