Job Description:
The Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) is seeking a Technology Recruiter to serve in a 1099 contractor position for its COSE NEOSA program. The person in this position will focus on attracting technology-oriented talent for a defined set of six (6) local software companies. The COSE NEOSA program has established a group of consortium companies that will share the recruiter's efforts who will work on an exclusive basis to COSE.
Essential Functions:
- Secure potential candidates to meet the needs of consortium companies
- Present candidates in accordance with operational guidelines of the consortium
- Develop a solid understanding of our participating software companies, including technology talent needs, company culture, unique aspects/benefits and more
- Understand the capabilities, experience, skills and motivations of talented candidates
- Connect candidates' characteristics to clients' business and technology needs
Preferred Experience:
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of previous IT recruiting experience in a staffing or agency setting
- Demonstrated success recruiting talent for technology-oriented companies
- Knowledge of different sourcing techniques for varied requirements
- Experience using social media for professional recruiting
- Perception and judgment in reviewing resumes and profiles
- Talent for matching candidates and requirements
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting from source to close
- Ability to work on multiple and varied assignments simultaneously
