The role:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, understanding & codifying requirements for all Unified Communication solutions in their designated technology area.
- Single point of contact for business and customer during requirements capture phase.
Knowledge & Experience
- Collaboration Clients - MS Lync, Cisco, Jabber, Avaya OneX
- CTI Integration & Collaboration client integration (AD & IPT) & federation
- Audio & Video Conferencing and desktop sharing
- Thin Client virtual Desktop Integration
- IP Telephony & networking
- Telecoms & IT service models
- Business & business processes
Experience
- Experience of making a contribution during pre-sales/bid phases
- Experience of operating at senior Management level
- Track record of delivering successful IT designs
- Previous experience of working in Telco, Infrastructure or Application Development
- Experience of working in a Virtual team
- Track record in identifying, influencing and negotiating with key decision makers
