Scrum Master - Permanent - Management Consultancy - (£50k - £65k depending on experience)My client, a leading and well established consulting firm, is looking to expand their internal Scrum Master pool. Currently looking for enthusiastic candidates who can bring with them Agile thought leadership to enable their clients to reach the next level of Agile maturity.
The role will see you working on client site throughout the UK so the ability to travel is essential.
Main responsibilities:
-leading multiple scrum teams
-facilitating daily meetings/stand-ups, story sizing, sprint planning & release planning
-cooperating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, Release Team & others
-continuously seeking and implementing improvements in the Agile process
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) status is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
