RAN Integration Manager - Reading, Berkshire
Objective:
RAN Integration Manager will be responsible for the management of network activities from on-site completion through to TTO (Transfer to Operations) and network acceptance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the project team to deliver the Bring into Service (BIS) and Transfer to Operations (TTO) status of sites.
- Ensure the NIS & NRONOC/SOG/SAC engineers are submitting the correct level of documentation in the correct format.
- Post-programming/tracking of works in line with customer prioritization and volume targets.
- Maintenance of data integrity of Huawei/customer toolsets.
- Ensuring works are completed within KPI's
- Ensuring the support teams are scheduled/available on a 24/7 shift to reach to unwanted priority network outages
Experience Required:
- Previous Bring into Service (BIS) and Transfer to Operations (TTO) on major mobile telecom network, such as; TMUK, Orange/EE, O2, 3UK/H3G, MBNL
- Experience of working with a managed service
- LTE Network Deployment and delivery
- Prior experience in a 2G refresh environment
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MBNL tools including IPCM, ADC Build, Wurzel, MBNL Property Database
- Performance Management Tools; NetAct, NetCool etc
- Strong knowledge of MBNL network access procedures
- Knowledge of technology used in the MBNL live network and deployment processes for Transmission, 2G and 4G/LTE equipment
