Site Manager/Project Surveyor/Commercial/Kent
GCS Construction/Contract/Central London/Excellent pay-rate
GCS is currently recruiting for a Site manager to lead the design and build of a £4 million commercial project in Kent. My client is a well-established bespoke design contractor who is actively looking for an experienced (at least 5-6 years post graduate), commercially minded individual to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company based in Essex and the South East.
You will be:
- Qualification in project management or quantity surveying
You will require experience with the following:
- Industrial/commercial experience is essential.
- Role will involve liaising with sub-contractors on site, managing budgets and other packages.
- Would be desirable to have a Quantity Surveying (QS)/project QS experience.
- Ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and would be commercially minded.
