Process Modelling - Process Architecture - BPMN - Process Analyst
A Tier 1 Investment Bank are looking for a dynamic Business Process Modeller. This will be making the bank more effective and efficient in delivering core process improvements globally. You will be looking at implementing end to end process improvement and using the variety of methodologies and approaches.
Within this role you will be expected to capture the process models to an appropriate level of detail; model the process and engage with the Business Process Management to ensure the process improvements are linked to the Enterprise Process Model; Organise and chair process discovery and design workshops; Coordinate the development and delivery of process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Programme Manager; Analyse current business processes so that detailed re-engineering specifications can be created to provide business unit efficiency gains; Drive out case for change and identify full business benefits available through business model change
Experience needed:
- A proven track record of process mapping and modelling within Financial Services
- Has used a standard Process Architecture in Process Modelling activities and can explain its decomposition and supporting standards
- Ability to run Process Discovery workshops with process performers and play back findings to senior member of staff.
- Ability to discovers and models complex process flows within a defined process architecture applying a standard notation (EPC/BPMN)
- Ability to identify objects, artefacts and associations within the process being modelled and documents them correctly in the tool
- Ability to work with large amount of data to produce relevant process insight reporting packs
