Senior Commercial Manager required for a leading Investment Management firm.
Experience and Qualifications
*In depth procurement skills in medium to large financial or similar organisation, with experience of running RFI/RFP's and post contract supplier governance across a range of procurement categories, including: HR recruitment and related services, hard/soft facilities management, professional services, sales and marketing, eg advertising, printing, promo, etc.;
*Strong team working skills, and ability to operate across teams, cultural and organisational boundaries;
*Ability to multi task and prioritise workload with a strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
*Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, with the ability to present ideas and concepts succinctly;
*Business aware and customer focused;
*Strong negotiation, facilitation and commercial leadership skills to ensure maximum benefit derived from suppliers in fulfilment of the organisations requirements;
*Experience of supplier selection via formal Rfx processes;
*Experience of resolving disputes and English contract law concepts and contract term constructs;
CIPS or equivalent qualification/experience
