Role - Payment Collector/Negotiator
Duration - 2 months
Location - Spinningfields, Manchester
Rate - £10.00 per hour
Role Overview - Our global financial client is looking for a Payment Collector/Negotiator to negotiate with customers over the telephone to gain promises of payment to bring the customer accounts back into order and educate the customer to retain the relationship.
Skills/Experience Required-
-Experienced in a call centre or equivalent environment
-Experience of working in an operational and/or customer service role handling a range of high volume queries and transactions
-Financial services experience is highly desirable
-Experience of working as part of a team
-Competent with Microsoft packages, including word and excel
-The ability to demonstrate the interpersonal skills needed to deal effectively with customers and colleagues.
