An exciting opportunity to join the HR team of our local authority client on an interim basis, delivering a high quality employee relations advice service to Headteachers and Governing Bodies of schools within and beyond Hampshire. We are seeking a creative individual that thrives on variety, complexity and challenge.
You will develop and implement imaginative and creative HR policies and guidance that meet the needs of customers and provide specialist advice to customers and colleagues in HR.
A chartered member of the CIPD, you will have extensive knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, a background in consulting and liaising with trade unions and substantial experience of employee relations casework. You will be adept in writing clear, concise and relevant procedures and guidance, conversant with giving advice on complex employee relations issues and be a highly effective communicator. You will have strong IT skills and be experienced in using SAP.
