Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality to their customers.

We are currently looking for Support Account Manager to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Hook.

As a Support Account Manager you will be supporting the partner markets team who sell Virgin Media's services to a wide variety of customers, from large organisations such as BT to resellers. This Support Account Manager will help the account teams make sales. They will assist with the centralised mailboxes and have full responsibility for the online portal (eg setting up new users and dealing with queries). They will work closely and successfully with the delivery team to pass over sales.
Hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am - 5.30pm. You will not be able to take annual leave in the first month as this is a 6-month temporary role. Training will be provided.
