Looking for a new Web Developer role to take you over the Christmas period? Want to work in a forward thinking part of the public sector, who will sponsor you through security clearance? This role will give you the chance to work on cutting edge front end web applications, as well as gaining security clearance, opening up a large number of roles in the future for you!

Scope of Work

Two Front End Web Develpers are needed to migrate legacy web pages from old technology, across to new web based technologies, as well as to migrate the back-end MySQL databases.

You Will -
  • Move existing web pages, and develop new, with HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Use PHP as server side coding, as well as front end code to create rich text based web spaces
  • Migrate and develop MySQL and SQL databases for the web pages created
  • Develop beautifully interactive web pages using Javascript and CSS
  • Liaise with members of the senior management team to both scope out work needed, and update as required on work done

Desired Skills
  • Have strong visual design skills, and be able to work to a spec
  • HTML, CSS and Javascript for developing interactive, responsive, beautiful web pages
  • PHP and MySQL for developing databases and server side code that will support the responsive front end
  • A track history in delivering these kind of web pages would be very advantageous - whether this is a few years commercial with a srong academic, or alot more experience commercial
  • A strong portfolio of work to back up your CV
