Our client in Wilmington, DE has 2 immediate openings for Incident Managers. This is a 6 month contract with a growing organization with potential to extend long term.

Position Description:

This position is part of a team of 5 Incident Managers, covering 5am to 9pm, with on call rotation every 5th week for overnight or weekend incidents. The position will maintain the ownership of all incidents through to the problem phase, coordinating major incidents in conjunction with IT Service Partners to ensure a fast and efficient recovery of service.

Required Skills:

Incident Management experience in a large, corporate environment

Understanding of IT Infrastructure services

Knowledge of a Microsoft environment (Servers, databases, storage, networks)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills:

ITIL Foundation V2 or V3
