Our client a large multinational pharma company has an immediate contract for an eLearning Project Manager.
The Learning Project Manager liaises with vendors and/or SME's to manage the design and delivery of pre-defines learning solutions employing adult learning theory, appropriate didactic methods, experiential learning and digital technology. This role will project manage the process from end to end including delivery of evaluation to the requesting party. Intially a six month contract with likelyhood for extension of up to a year.
There are two positions for this role.
Job responsibilities:
- Multinational experience
- Elearning is the core competency required
- Oversees localization and translation of materials across regions and countries in line with legal and compliance regulations.
- Customer focus, you will be tendering for the learning business in Basel so will need to ensure the overall customer experience, along with the price, quality etc. is strong enough to win the business.
Job requirements:
- Qualification in Project Management preferable
- Train-the-trainer and/or instructional design qualification essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
- Some sales experience essential
- 2+ years Learning or teaching experience. Knowledge of adult education theory and practice.
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams within a Matrix organisation.
