Description
For one of our clients in the Netherlands we are currently looking to hire a "Support Engineer".
In this position you will be responsible for the support of both hosted and on-premises implementations of engaging with existing and prospective customers.
In this position, you will do the following:
* Provide first, second and third tier support to customers
* Document best practices to better the service to our customers
* Provide customers with software patches provided by development
* Learn third-party products that are integrated with the supported software
* Sharing the learnings about our customer needs with the rest of the team
Required Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills with a background in software development and great communication skills are required.
* Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Technical Support
Familiarity with troubleshooting and monitoring Linux and Windows Server systems
* Ability to setup, navigate, troubleshoot MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
* Experience setting up, configuring and monitoring web-application Servers such as Tomcat
* Experience troubleshooting web-browser and Front End design issues
* English and German or Spanish speaking
