In- house Recruiter.

Exciting opportunity for an In-house Recruiter to join one of the most high profile & reputable technology/blue chip organisations in Ireland. This organisation is expanding rapidly in Cork through its strength and continued focuses on assisting its global customers make the journey to cloud computing. They are widely recognised as one of the world's most customer-centric technology companies, and as part of the Ireland recruitment team you will gain valuable skills, along with career growth and development opportunities.

This is a 12 month contract.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with line managers, understand their business plans, recruitment needs and translate these into viable, cost effective recruitment action plans.
  • Disseminate complex information, design campaigns and innovative recruitment solutions, using creative attraction and assessment methodologies and also manage projects at a group level.
  • Play a key role in defining the resourcing strategies to attract a diverse professional skill set for vacancies, including liaising with hiring managers to determine workforce plans.
  • Strategic pipelining (long term view) or project-based pipelining to support the expansion of the Services proposition.

Skills

  • Proven track record as a recruiter in a corporate environment.
  • Experience of hiring in a direct sourcing model and has exceptional sourcing skills. Headhunting the right talent for the Job.
  • Proactively sourcing talent pipelines ahead of time will be a key aspect of this role.
  • Highly professional and credible individual with the necessary gravitas to forge strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them.
  • Relevant industry sector experience within the region and understanding of business/recruitment drivers.
  • Use of ATS/CRM tools for recruiting.

Required:

  • Degree required
  • 4+ years of exp within an internal/in-house recruiter role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build excellent business relationships and partner with business units to deliver excellence in talent and business value.
  • Previous experience of managing the complete life cycle of complex or high volume recruitment projects.
  • Previous experience of recruitment for technical positions strongly preferred.
