Services Administrator/Coordinator - Manchester - 6 Month initial contract - £10 per hour

Our Client is seeking a Services Administrator/Coordinator to be based in Manchester on an initial 6 month contract.

Job Description:
To take inbound calls from customers and respond to their enquiries.
Managing customer email requests.
Sending standard quotations to customers.
Follow up on quotes to customers.
Co-ordinating dates between service provider and the customer.
Following up on payments due in a timely fashion.
Keeping an accurate and comprehensive Siebel database.
Working towards an agreed annual financial target for Safety Services.
Issuing certificates.
To complete electronic warranty forms and distribute appropriately.
To liaise with Technical Helpline and Customer Service Representatives.
To update Siebel database in line with process steps and ensure completion of total process.

Skills & Experience:
Excellent administration skills.
Good telephone manner.
Ability to build good working relationships.
Experience of using a data-base.
Strong time management & organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and be flexible in adjusting where necessary.
