Group Practice ManagerMy client, an NHS healthcare provider currently require an experienced Group Practice Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Kent.
The Group Practice Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the healthcare sites in the locality.This will be an exciting and innovative challenge for the post holder who will have line management responsibility for the running and the development of service delivery in the practices.
* Managing the thorough change and development within the practices whilst providing key support and leading on auditing work, analysing problems and presenting solutions.
* Devise and implement protocols, systems and procedures for major work areas.
* Produce reports that demonstrate the practices are being developed in a coordinated manner.
To be considered for this position you must have recent experience as a successful Practice Manager / Group Practice Manager / Locality Manager. You will have exposure to communication directly with GPs, knowledge of CQC, and engaged with PCTs.
