Description
- At least 5 years working experience in telecom or related field, At least 3 years OSS experience
- Familiar with industry OSS solutions/products such as Fault Management system/Performance Management system/Trouble Ticket system/Workforce Management system/Inventory Management system/Provisiong/Activation and have one of marketing/presales/solution architect/system integration experiences. Marketing experience is preferred.
- Familiar with eTOM/ITIL and prefer if gaining the related certificate
- Good Understanding on OSS industrial and technical trends such OSS for LTE, OSS for SDN/NFV
- Good customer requirement understanding, strong analysis capability and customer communication and presentation skills
