Our client, a global leading service provider is urgently looking for an Engagement Manager to work in Krakow, Poland, on project teams for the clients largest customers.
As both a leader of and contributor to a project team, you will be engaging with multiple stakeholders including account teams, technical experts, delivery managers, service delivery leads and executives, in order to ensure alignment of the customer needs with the proposed services.
The Engagement Manager will have a consultative approach in producing accurate sizing and scoping while performing risk assessment, profitability analysis, and ensuring the proposed services will deliver a high customer satisfaction.
Skill Summary:
Strong organisational skills and communication skills are imperative
Experience in Pre-sales, business development, partner engagement, project management, finance, negotiation and risk assessment
Possessing knowledge of networking products (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Avaya) is preferred
Project Management/Service Delivery background in the IT/Telco environment preferred
ITIL Knowledge preferred
