Resource Planning Analyst - Liverpool - £300/day
Experienced Analyst with proven track record to provide support through a period of significant change. Pivotal role providing hands-on support and subject matter expertise to ensure delivery of the medium term plan alongside strategic change initiatives
- Experience working within a Resource Planning function of a large-scale, virtual, multi-site contact centre operation
- Knowledge and experience in relation to Workforce Management software & applications
- Proven track record of interacting with, and influencing, senior business leaders within the operation
- High level of analytical competency and modelling capability with experience of creating/building business models to influence decision-making
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data, conduct root cause analysis and understand complex operating enviroments
- Awareness/understanding of contact centre technology and infrastructure including ICM, IVR, telephony routing and MI/analytics applications
- Proven track record of high performance within a successful, best in class Resource Planning environment
- Ability to interpret multiple sources of data/performance insight and "bring to life" key issues, risks and opportunities to inform Senior Stakeholders in the decision-making process
