GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London. My client has recently won a multi-million pound healthcare project and is actively looking for an experienced (at least 5-6 years post graduate), commercially minded individual to join their successful team as a senior quantity surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company based in Central London. My client is an established, award winning multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy with offices across the UK and projects worldwide.
They are looking for
You will be:
- Degree qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and ideally be MRICS chartered
You will require experience with the following:
- Working in a consultancy environment, with exposure to projects in Health Sectors
In addition to the above you will be:
- Passionate about working within a consultancy and developing a career with a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
- Well-developed with IT skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy.
- A committed team player with the ability to listen effectively and understand perspective of others
