CRM Specialist - Fluent English Required

Daily Rate: €DOE (Dependant on Experience)
My client is a leading worldwide organisation and they are looking to recruit a freelance CRM Specialist to be based within their Antwerp office.
The CRM specialist will be required to perfrom different responsibilities ranging from the following:
- Capture and implement requirements related to CRM based on best practices.
- Customizing and Integrate CRM, billing, support and issue tracking systems using or extending available API's
- Support user requests to import data into CRM from various sources.
- Enhance import tools as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration,
- Application workflow and business rules. Perform training as needed
Skills & Experience
- 4 year college degree in a related technical discipline.
- 4 year experience supporting one or more production CRM environments (SugarCRM, Salesforce.com):
- Application customization
- Reporting tools
- Data import/export tools
- API integration
- Experience with SugarCRM/Salesforce.com administration, integration tools, and APIs.
- 3 years developing reports and supporting a reporting/BI environment.
- Experience with web development technologies (web services, CRM web-based APIs) a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing is required.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
- Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
