Our client, a large consultancy firm is looking to recruit an experienced director/senior manager level candidate to join a e-service communications programme with a central government based in Saudi Arabia.

The client have defined three key initiatives in communication and change management, the main objective of these initiatives is to better communicate among three main parties: the e-Government program, other government entities employees, and the public community. The client feels that communication and change are not progressing properly and that the public community do not have proper level of e-services understanding and usage. There is a need for an expert to assess the implementation of the identified initiatives, align them, propose new techniques and measures and support achieving the objectives of the initiatives.

The client is playing the CIO role for the government, it is the e-Government program that looks after shared services and e-services throughout the government entities.

The role is based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

 The client needs support to increase the engagement of the public community and the other government entities in the initiatives and services provided through the business. This will include enhancing communication within the client, between the business and the rest of the government, between the business and the public community, and between the government entities and the public community. The main purpose is to increase awareness among all parties in the achievements of the e-Government program and to increase the use of the online services.
