My client is a top financial institution based in London. They are seeking in-house recruiter to help deal with the high volumes of recruitment. This role is at a 2VP level and will focus on roles that are junior to mid tier level.
Key Experience:
- Must be from an on-site background from Financial Services.
- Exposure to managers on a constant basis and ability to manage expectations and add value conservatively.
- Candidate is expected to focus on direct recruitment and so must manage their own job adverts and sources.
- System skills: linkedin and efinancial a must
- In-house/onsite permanent recruiting experience is essential.
- Able to deal with high recruitment volumes as well as more specialist senior vacancies.
- Experience of developing sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and working with third party agencies.
- Strong consulting skills and experience in translating business objectives into role and competency requirements and creating appropriate solutions.
- Ability to network effectively, establish credibility quickly, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to screen applicants and conduct competency based interview while making sound judgments on suitability for the role/organisation.
- Ability to work in a very organised way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines.
- Experience of analysing recruitment management information and using this to identify and initiate improvements.
