My client a leading financial institution based near Baker Street is looking for a Recruitment Advisor for an initial 3 month contract. This would be a great addition to any CV and could open the doors into many financial institutions

Role
Reporting to the Resourcing Partner for Fixed Income, the job hold will take ownership for junior level hires across the Corporate and Investment Bank in London. They will responsible for coordinating and administering the recruitment process for the Fixed Income Resourcing Partner.

Experience
* Applicants must have experience recruiting permanent Capital Markets Front Office positions, ideally Fixed Income, in an agency or in-house recruitment capacity.
* Experience of working with a highly demanding client group.
* Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment.
* Experienced competency/situational interviewer.
* Familiarity with benchmarking tools (internal/external) preferred.
* Excellent negotiation skills, able to mediate difficult discussions and achieve win-win compromises.
* To be able to negotiate terms with agencies as and when appropriate.
* Excellent communicator, comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels of seniority and able to adapt their style based on the audience.
* IT Systems/Tools - Excel (intermediate level), Taleo, Peoplesoft
