Job Opp: Sr. Cisco Data Center Consultant---Atlanta, GA (flex-time+ perks+ relo)
Our client, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Cisco Data Center Consultant to implement Cisco UCS solutions. This position will have expert-level knowledge with Cisco Data Center, Cloud and Unified Fabric technologies including Cisco UCS, Nexus and a strong networking background while being passionate about helping companies develop their private, public and hybrid cloud offerings. This is a Full time opportunity with a rapidly-growing technology solutions. Our client is known for its success in delivering end-user computing and private cloud solutions to medium enterprises, and is an amazing career opportunity for the person who has right blend of technical depth and customer/solution focus. Responsibilities for the role will include post-sales activities to deliver new Cisco product/services business, project-based consulting services for strategic customer implementations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience implementing and supporting Cisco Unified Computing System, Nexus and complex Data Center environments
Minimum of 5 years' experience in networking
Intermediate Route/Switch knowledge with a focus on Cisco products.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written and documentation skills, and ability to author professional design documentation (Visio, Word, etc.) as well as customer demonstrations and proposals.
Hands-on experience designing and building Data Center solutions
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 30%
Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior consulting or pre-sales experience a strong plus
Fibre-Channel Storage experience a strong plus
Advanced Networking, Security or Data Center certifications(CCNP or CCIE)
Cisco CCNA Route/Switch or equivalent knowledge
Experience with VMware a plus
Experience working with Microsoft Products also a strong plus(Active Directory, Server 2008, 2012)
