Salesforce.com Administrator - Silver Spring, Maryland- $40-$60 Per Hour
My client is seeking a Saleforce.com Administrator for their new location in the Silver Spring area. As a Salesforce.com Administrator you will be responsible for supporting end users in their implementations, and some training as well.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support of vendor applications and custom software development
- Data management and validation
- User and profile management
- Campaign management
- Writing specifications
- Troubleshooting
- quality assurance
- Test design and execution
- Report Development and dashboard creation
- User acceptability testing
Essential skills and requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience Salesforce processes and operations especially with campaigns
- Knowledge on how to configure work flows and case assignments is a plus
- Technical and data analysis skills
- Experience in Informatica and/or Jaspersoft is a plus
