eCRM Executive - Berkshire - Contract - 6 month

Roc Search's client, based in Berkshire are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team on a 6 month contract basis.
Our Digital Sales & Marketing Director has built a world class E-commerce team which is accountable for all traffic to our sites, for the conversion of these visitors into consumers and the retention and loyalty of these customers to generate repeat sales, across both our brands. We are now looking for an E-CRM executive to join the digital marketing team, driving customer acquisition and retention through email marketing campaigns.
The Role:
*Work with the Head of Digital Retention to deliver the eCRM plan in line with the business strategy, driving revenue to achieve targets
*Work closely with all EMEA countries to plan, develop and brief emails to CRM agency, ensuring that each country mails at least once per month as a minimum
*Work closely with the Loyalty team, providing eCRM support and driving sign ups to the loyalty programme
*Produce monthly reports for each country with a detailed breakdown of how each of their campaigns have performed and database growth
Essential skills include:
*Experience of email marketing and CRM marketing techniques
*Very organised and willing to get on with some of the detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Able to plan and coordinate multiple campaigns at a time
*Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
*Enjoys working in a fast moving environment and is flexible and adaptable
