SQL SERVER/DBA/DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR/UNIX/Linux/WINDOWS OS/NETIQ/Oracle/GRIND CONTROL/MOM/SCCM/ITIL/COMMVAULT GALAXY/TSM/LEGATO/Oracle ENTERPRISE MANAGER
SQL server DBA required on a 9 month contract in Houston, Texas.
You will act as senior DBA in the Front Office and be responsible for maintaining and implementing database related activities, security and establishes polices and procedures for complex database management against agreed SLA's to ensure database service availability and reliability. You will also act as gatekeeper to ensure all incoming database related migration requests would indeed fulfil the migration selection criteria. Determine if it can be hosted on the shared DCS environment. Provide inputs to the DB specialist if required.
