A unique organisation within the transport industry is seeking an Applications Consultant on a fixed term basis to join their CRM Development team working on the configuration and customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

Scope of Work

As the Applications Consultant you will be working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM project focusing on configuring the system to fulfil user and business needs and customising the system to ensure it meets the requirements. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and with excellent analytical and listening skills, you will report to the Project Manager and work within the CRM team to deliver the CRM system.

You will:
  • Lead the configuration and customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Lead the planning of the data migration from the legacy system
  • Carry out development work
  • Develop the reporting function
  • Be involved in training users


Skills and experience you need:
  • Experience of C#, SQL, .NET and Javascript
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2012 configuration
  • Solid understanding of IIS
  • An understanding of the Data Protection Act
  • Good understanding of all the Microsoft Office applications
  • A certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
