My client; a Healthcare NHS Trust in the South West of England, is looking for a Adult Community Services Manager for a 6 month period to develop and deliver new and improving models of health and social care, in a challenging environment.Responsibilities will include:
- Undertake key tasks delegated by the Adult Community Nursing Divisional Manager.
- Leading, managing and developing an efficient and effective, community nursing service for adults, old people and their carers.
- Develop services around GP practices working with other professionals and staff
- Ensure that the assessment and provision of health care services is in accordance with access and eligibility criteria.
The following experience is required for this role:
- Community nursing experience
- Experience in managing, auditing and evaluating clinical nursing services
- Working collaboratively with a variety of agencies and professionals and across organizational boundaries
- Experience in clinical team management including performance management
- Evidence of innovation in practice.
