Description
Our client, a prestigious private bank, are currently seeking a team player to support the global IT platform in Zurich as a temporary IT/Project Manager for approximately one year.Responsibilities:
- Analysis and design of processes and their documentation: analysis of constraints, identification of inefficiencies, standardization of processes taking into account various regulatory requirements.
- Implementation of enhancements including IT system configuration/parameterization, testing, technical documentation as well as manuals for end users.
- Business and technical requirements management: structuring input from stakeholders, ensuring consistency and high quality specifications.
- Project management under Group Management structure (project stream or individual smaller project).
- Troubleshooting - assistance in continuous improvement of processes and systems through careful analysis of issues and their causes.
- Release and Test management including planning testing activities and application releases, structuring of test cases, tracking and ensuring proper documentation of test results.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Process Design/Improvement, preferably in the Financial Industry.
- Practical experience in requirements and/or test management and change management as well as Understanding of the "Trust" business.
- Involvement in IT applications implementation in particular banking systems (Avaloq is an advantage), Trust management applications, DMS systems, workflow packages.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills, ability to solve problems independently and to communicate them effectively.
