My Client requires a Vendor Assistant to report to the Master Data Lead the Vendor Validation Administrator will support the Vendor Validation activities to ensure Vendor data is update and maintained.

Key Accountabilities:
Communicates with Vendors on a daily basis to clarify information and ensure accurate
Gather contact details for issuing communications
Update Master data records for Data Conversion
Monitor communication performance

Essential experience and job requirements:
Experience in Vendor data communication issuing and cleansing
Experience in mail merge and issuing of postal communications
Experience and understanding of the business processes and policies
A self-starter able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently and in an environment where information may be limited
Strong MS Word and Excel skills required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with others to accomplish challenging assignments.
