Warranty Administrator

£9 per hour
My client, a leading Telecoms company in the UK, is looking to place a warranty administrator for their site based in Barlborough.
The successful candidate will be required to provide an administrative function within the Warranty Team, managing e-mail updates and incident closure between IT Services incident management and Supplier incident management systems.
Your duties and responsibilities would include:
To record all incidents updates and service requests between IT Services and Suppliers maintaining incident flow progression visibility
Ensure all incidents are closed with Supplier in a timely manner, against SLA
To identify, record and report against non-registered items and chargeable incidents
To monitor and track all incidents, reporting on defects
To implement escalation procedures as appropriate
To achieve the maximum personal KPI
To assist the team in achieving set targets
Provide feedback to the management team on all areas of performance within your responsibility
Escalate any issues which are not addressed appropriately
Contact customers to confirm details that have been provided
