An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Outreach Worker/Case worker to join a fantastic company based in Bristol.

Hourly Pay rate - £13.00 - £14.00ph
Skills/Experience for a Outreach Worker:
*As a Case worker you must have experience working within an office environment
*Must have the ability to complete assessments-housing history, support needs and risk assessments
*Some prior experience of working with homeless people
*Good knowledge/understanding of the housing options available to people in the Bristol Area
Day-to-Day Duties for a case worker:
*The post holder will have to the responsible to assist with housing Rough Sleepers in the Bristol Area.
*Completing assessments prior to housing rough sleepers (assessment includes gathering call data, housing history, support needs and risk assessments).
*Speaking with the council in regard to emergency accommodation options
*If the post holder can work an early shift which would be 6.30am-1pm that would be beneficial not essential. This shift would involve reaching out to Rough Sleepers in the local community.
