Our client a major Software Consultancy require the services of a Finance Analyst based in Corsham Wiltshire for a 13 month contract. The role is working on a government project supporting project infrastructure, telecoms and employee applications. Responsibilities of the position - acting as a business partner in analysing financial data and performing financial modelling.
Skills Required:
- Experience of forecasting and business case preparation.
- Experience in public accounting issues
- Experience in risk evaluation, top down and bottom up methods of project forecasting.
- Holds a current accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA).
- Able to manage relationships and effectively communicate technical and commercial knowledge to engage stakeholders in the process.
- Commercial and Bid Finance experience.
- Expert in Excel and Access with SQL query experience
- Experience of working on government projects
- Experience of operating in a complex Matrix organisational structure and fast-paced business environment
- Candidates must hold SC Security Clearance or be willing and able to undertake security clearance.
