Our client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their London Paddington based team. This is a contract role that has an initial 3 month duration.

Main Role Objective:

  • To support the Recruitment Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the recruitment administration elements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Recruitment Manager, taking responsibility for ensuring that high quality and consistent documentation is available for all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Provide the Recruitment Manager with support to complete service orders, input of system and job information so the roles can be advertised
  • Work with Recruitment Manager to conduct basic level screening and arrange interviews
  • Collating data from spreadsheet trackers, databases and application tracking system, Taleo with the direction of the Recruitment Manager
  • Update of daily, weekly and monthly management information reports
  • Manage new starter administration including contracts, consulting profiles and induction dates
  • Provide administrative support across the company, including scheduling meetings, booking resources and assisting interviews
  • Assist the recruitment team with ad hoc purchases and other recruitment administration related duties as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Highly process driven and able to take ownership of vital elements within recruitment administration
  • Outstanding written communication and proof-reading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, confident to work with senior management, candidates and external suppliers
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills - proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Ideally experience gained working in a recruitment or talent acquisition or human resources function
  • Experience of working with senior management to demanding timescales
