Description
The SME will lead partner teams and engineers to undertake the day to day delivery of a comprehensive functional service and/or complex change projects. To contribute strategically to the functions operating plan in line with the strategy of Group IT and HR.The successful applicant will be involved in a number of key, strategic Programmes working with key IT & Business stakeholders. Will be self motivated and able to become immediately effective.
It is expected the candidate will have expertise in all or some of the following areas:
- SAP HCM/Payroll applications
- SAP SuccessFactors Offerings
- SAP Technology Stack and Roadmap
- Leverage SAP technologies to reduce TCO in a large financial organisation
- Wider experience of other HR technologies and their interaction with SAP
- You will have a strong background in software design, development and consultancy.
- Experience of working in the Financial Service Sector (desirable)
