1 year contract in Brussels
Technical knowledge:
* Advanced knowledge on Outsystems (Certification is a clear prove)
* Basic knowledge on .net
* Oracle (at minimum know how to write optimized queries) SQLNavigator is a plus
* WCF, SOAP, JavaScript are pluses
