SAP HCM Consultant (Norwegian/Swedish Speaking)
Montreal Associates is currently looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (Norwegian/Swedish Speaking) for an 8 month initial contract in Oslo, Norway for the public sector.
It is important that the SAP HCM Consultant has the following experience and skills:
- Experience with talent management in SAP HCM.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the processes of career and talent development.
- Good knowledge of the technical and functional capabilities that SAP products.
- Good knowledge of event planning.
- SAP E-recruiting
- Very good knowledge and understanding of SAP recruitment processes especially, but also HR related processes in general.
- Good knowledge of SAP Business Workflow and SAP Portal and its use in the recruitment process.
- Good knowledge of the different modules and applications in SAP HCM and specifically.
- General good knowledge and understanding of HR related question processes.
- Experience with the use of ARIS for process modelling.
- Knowledge of ASAP method and Solution Manager project planning and implementation.
- Experience with ITIL processes and deployment of new SAP solutions into existing production on solutions.
- HP QC test tools.
- The consultant should be able to communicate (written and oral) in a Scandinavian (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) languages be able to lead technical discussions and prepare documents with project management specific terminology.
