Description
The Salesforce Test Analyst will be expected to report results to the Test Lead on a daily basis and to provide quality testing services to the business. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated person with good testing skills, ability to self-start, good understanding and experience of testing processes and procedures. The role will also include reviewing and analysing the results, and co-ordination of User Acceptance testing.
Requirements:
v Good knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
v Languages: English & French
v Strong background in testing methodologies and experience of the full testing life cycle.
v Write and execute Test Scripts.
v Defect logging, Previous experience of a fault/defect logging application - HP ALM/Quality Centre or similar.
v Identify and document data required for testing; ability to question and obtain answers where information is not clearly defined.
v Assist in User Acceptance Testing
v Help with defect resolution working closely with development team or 3rd parties to isolate and resolve defects
v ISEB Foundation (nice to have).
v General knowledge of the recruitment business. (Nice to have).
