All applicants should possess the following skills and experience:

  • 10 years plus BA experience
  • Previous BA experience within investment accounting
  • Previous experience relating to business processes including sourcing, QA/controls and reporting of investment asset data
  • Strong decision making/influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong team leadership and plan management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to think, write and present in a logical and structured way
  • Ability to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders, conveying complex ideas and developing project deliverables
  • Ability to build trusted relationships amongst colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and seek to add clarity and context to work being undertaken
  • Strong drive, resilience and a passion for excellence
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Extremely delivery focused
  • Proficient and advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Project and Visio)
  • Proven experience of working within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Extensive Management Information and Data Analysis experience
  • Significant experience of functional change across new business processes within new or changing business operating models
  • Experience of leading teams across multiple workstreams
  • Proven experience of business process and data analysis and modelling
  • Proven experience of functional and non-functional requirements gathering
  • Good understanding of business process analysis and ability to produce models based on 'as is' and to be' scenarios with full gap analysis
  • Familiar with project and software delivery life cycle
  • Proven record of understanding Business Unit products and services and identifying their key issues
