Description
We are looking for an Organisation Change and Communication Manager for a contract in Amsterdam.
This will start 3rd November for initially 3 months, but extensions up to 1 year.
Interviews immediately for suitable candidates
You will need the following:
Minimum 5 years Change Manager experience, particularly around Communications.
Excellent written English.
Be able to demonstrate writing capability, especially newsletters, project bulletins etc. (samples required)
Excellent communication skills. 1000s of people losing their jobs as finance, procurement, HR and IT roles being outsourced to India (this is a BPO project to India and Poland). Bad news to communicate, lots of redundancies
Coordination skills. Making sure HR is involved at right stage, working with HR, training requirements for retained key resources
Consultancy change team available who have OCM tools and methodology
