Description
My client a top-tier bank are seeking a KYC/CDD/EDD Business Analyst to add to their London team. The successful candidate will join a team focused on providing business analysis of various aspects of the programme - including policy, standards, design and refresh actions.
The position is offered on an initial 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Growing business requirements and detail in conjunction with the policy and standards stream.
- Increasing organisation requirements and scrutinising position in relation to refresh of customer KYC information.
- Development of operating model documentation.
- Target operating model: support delineation and construction of the future state target model.
- Troubleshooting and support on an ad-hoc basis.
Skills/requirements:
- Strong track record of working within large scale change programmes in banking and financial services.
- Demonstrable experience of regulatory change environments.
- Financial Crime/FATCA/AML/Sanction/Operations experience.
- Significant understanding of End2End Control processes, detailed systems knowledge and interface controls.
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Ability to carry out risk assessment of control issues and excersise judgement over any escalation.
