Description
Our client is a leader in their field and has a reputation for high quality work and technically skilled staff. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide extra capability around the provision of systems development and evolution for a range of clients.
Duties will include:
- Requirements analysis based upon the client requirements and capabilities of the core technology components.
- Analysis of alternatives and development of functional and physical solutions
- Decomposition of selected architecture into sub-systems and/or elements.
- Implementation and verification of solutions.
- Production of engineering reports, specification and design documents.
- Presentation and demonstration of solutions to customer representatives.
- Working within integrated product teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of related engineering programs
- Providing recommendations and advice on technology selection.
Essential experience:
- Development of system design, specification, and documentation.
- Worked within teams responsible for the design of complex systems containing both hardware and software sub-systems.
- Authoring/reviewing technical documentation.
- Requirements analysis activities
- Worked within a Technical Regulatory environment.
Other requirements:
- Australian citizenship
- Minimum NV 1 clearance
- Recognised tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline
