Senior Data Analyst - NHS - Up to £40,000 FTC
I am seeking a senior data analyst for a one year fixed term contract which is highly likely to extend or become a permanent position. The post holder will form part of the NHS England analytical service providing analysis, insight and evidence to support core areas of NHS England's business.
The post holder will:

? Lead reporting, analysis and publication of national NHS data collection as required by the NHS England Analytical Team.

? Be highly numerate and use a variety of analytical techniques to provide high quality, timely analysis and intelligence relating to key priorities of NHS England.

? Oversee publication of results with an understanding of the complexities and co-dependencies involved with a collection related to a complex policy area, to understand the implications and sensitivities of this as well as any limitations / caveats around the data that should be observed and highlighted in publication of results.

? Be adaptable when finding analytical solutions to problems, to analyse and triangulate data in innovative ways and present findings clearly to a range of audiences.

? Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks

? Be a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
